  • NB: Virtual sessions during Coronavirus lockdowns

Anyone arranging group bookings takes responsibility for the following:

    • You or someone in your group will take care of tech - e.g. arranging a Zoom meeting, taking care of simple technical needs (being able to let participants in, mute and unmute them, taking care of any of their technical questions during the session). This might involve having a conversation with me in advance to ensure we are set for things to go smoothly.
    • If your participants are in one physical location (such as a care home), you'll need to set up early enough to ensure they and their carers / educators are in the right space and ready to start on time.
    • If your participants are not in one physical location, then you'll need someone to take care of bookings, and to ensure they log on on time, and to ensure that story and song session participants have their parents or carers with them on screen.
    • If you would like to host a group workshop, or an online story and song session, you'll sort out the bookings, so that one payment comes directly to me, and so I only have one or two points of contact. If you are happy to have members of the public attend, I am happy to help promote the workshop for you, with the proviso that I can pass them to you to confirm the booking. Please don't charge a more expensive fee for my workshop without checking with me!
